Welcome to the III Technical Conference on Protection of Control Systems in Critical Infrastructures (PSCIC).
The Technical Conference PSCIC consists primarily of conducting cyber exercises designed to protect critical infrastructure against cyber threats. Such cyber exercises are comprised of two sessions: the first focused on the management of security incidents and the second focused on risk management.
This new edition of the conference is conducted in the context of the European project "Critical Infrastructure: Improvement of Security Control Against the Terrorist Threat" (CIISC-T2), with the participation of the National Centre of Counterterrorism Coordination (CNCA), National Centre for Critical Infrastructure Protection (CNPIC), Isdefe and KEMEA.
The CIISC-T2 project is financed by the 'Prevention, Preparedness and Consequence Management of Terrorism and other Security-related Risks Programme' of the European Commission.
The last edition, II Technical Conference PSCIC, was also conducted in the context of the CIISC-T2 project but focused on Transport, Energy, Nuclear and Water sectors of national scope.
The final report presents the results, lessons learned and analyzes after the completion of the II Technical Conference on PSCIC.
The II Technical Conference PSCIC format was based on the successful Spanish I Technical Conference PSCIC.
